The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to regulate the issues regarding the use of data provided by users or otherwise collected by Futuristika during the use of the website (“Site”) operated by (“Futuristika”) at futuristika.org. The Privacy Policy is an annex and an integral part of the Terms of Use.
Futuristika may disclose personal data such as contact and training information transmitted to it through the Site to its employees, subcontractors and affiliates who need to know in line with the purposes and scope determined by the Terms of Use and this Privacy Policy, and will not disclose it to third parties other than these. In this context, Futuristika undertakes to keep personal information private and confidential and to regard this as a confidentiality obligation.
Such personal data may be used for the purpose of contacting users or improving users’ experience on the Site (such as improving existing services, creating new services and providing personalized services), as well as making various statistical evaluations, creating databases and conducting market research. The signatories are responsible for the content of the articles and comments published in Futuristika web magazine, its supplements and subdomains. The fact that they are published here does not mean that we adopt these views in whole or in part. The views expressed in the articles are valid at the time of publication and do not mean that these views will not change over time. The fact that links are provided in the articles does not mean that we partially or fully adopt any kind of audio/visual/textual content linked.
PUBLICATION RIGHTS
For all kinds of visual, audio, textual and similar works sent to Futuristika, Futuristika does not pay the royalties arising from the publication of the products that are defined in the Copyright Law as “bearing the personality of the owner, being shaped, falling into one of the types of works listed in the law and being the result of an intellectual effort” and are expected to bring a financial gain, although it recognizes this right.
Works submitted to Futuristika but not published will not be shared with third parties or sent back.
At Futuristika, we have adopted the texts and other works published by the magazine’s authors on behalf of the so-called civilized world and made them available for sharing under a Creative Commons license, except for monetization. We advocate the free circulation of information, but nevertheless, if you wish to use it, you are required to give notice, to use the texts by quotation and not in their entirety, to cite the source with a direct link, and not to link the images directly from the site. Otherwise, Futuristika reserves its legal rights in case of violation of all other publication rights.
