Göçebeyiz yıllardır…
Çoğumuz doğduğumuz şehirde değiliz,
hiçbirimiz doğduğumuz evde…
Sınıf falan farketmiyor,
genlerimize işlemiş göçmek.
Aynı şehirde bile hep,
kaç semte göçtük şimdiye kadar.
Immigrants for years …
Most not in the city they were born to,
None in the house s/he was born to,
Neither rank nor class matters,
It’s in our blood to immigrate,
Even in the same city,
How many towns have we left behind?
